Crouch, Idaho to Boiling Springs Campground

After a start in a small mountain town north of Boise, Idaho, a soak in hot springs awaited at Boiling Springs Campground.

Distance: This is a 22.5-mile ride, one way.

  • You can do this trip in 24 hours from downtown Boise, Idaho.
  • The campsite is at the bottom of a slight hill near the Boiling Springs trailhead.
  • Pack it in. Pack it out.
  • You’ll find drinking water at the campsite.

Day One

Climbed 1500 feet and enjoyed views of high river flows.

Day Two

Descended 1500 feet in the warming, morning sunlight.
